BikeTirana does not currently repair customers’ bikes. We may offer repairs in the future, but we are not accepting repair bookings or bike drop-offs today.

How we can help

Send us a photo and a short description of the problem on WhatsApp. We are happy to discuss it and, when possible, recommend an independent bike shop or mechanic around Tirana.

Any shop we recommend operates independently from BikeTirana. Please confirm availability, diagnosis, price, timing and warranty directly with that shop.

Before you ride again

If the problem affects the brakes, steering, wheels, frame, fork, battery, motor or wiring, stop riding until a qualified mechanic has checked the bike.
